For seven years I worked as a consultant in leadership development, operations, & technology — stepping into complexity, finding what actually mattered, & building the structure to move on it. Today I manage a $50M+ portfolio I built from nothing.
I love that work & I'm good at it. Yet, in every room I work in, I meet the same woman.
A woman carrying every bit of what those companies are built on: the judgment, the nerve, the capacity to build something powerful.
More often than not, no one has ever said that to her out loud.
That's why I do this, because nothing moves me like watching a woman hear what she's capable of — & then go build with it.
