the methodology & what to expect
How 6 Months Unfolds —
MONTH ONE
We get the whole picture on the table — the business, the calendar, the money, the people, and the things you've been carrying quietly. Most women are surprised by how much comes out. By the end of the month you have a strategy you can say out loud in one sentence.
A detailed recap after every session.
Within twenty-four hours you'll have a written recap of what we covered, what you decided, and the thinking behind the decision — so you can be fully in the conversation instead of half documenting it.
By month six you'll have something most people never get: a written record of how your own thinking changed.
MONTHS TWO TO THREE
We build the structure underneath it. Operating rhythm, decision rules, what you stop doing. This is the part that feels unglamorous and changes everything. It's also where most people quit on themselves, which is exactly why the six months is not optional.
What You Get —
A custom roadmap, once I've earned the right to build it.
Not on day one. I don't hand anyone a plan before I understand them — a roadmap built in week one is built on assumptions.
By your third or fourth session I know enough to build you a real one: where you're going, the order things need to happen in, and what you're protecting along the way. It's yours to keep, and we revise it as the season changes.
MONTHS FOUR TO SIX
It stops being something you're doing and becomes how you operate. The sessions change character — less untangling, more deciding faster and reaching higher. This is the part you can't get from a single conversation, and it's the reason I don't sell one.
Work between sessions, and someone who follows up.
You leave every session with something specific to do — not a vague intention, but a defined action with a deadline you set out loud.
The gap between knowing and doing is where most plans quietly die, and you're not paying me to watch that happen. If something didn't get done, we talk about why — and that conversation is usually worth more than the task was.
Three depths, one relationship.
Advisory, Immersive and Embedded differ in cadence and access, not in how seriously I take the work. Most women start where their season calls for and move when the season changes — that's by design.
If you're not sure which fits, that's what the first conversation is for.
